"I couldn't believe what I was looking at" said Investigator Ramiro Galvan the day he called me to tell me about this photo we had caught on a special full-spectrum digital camera. What appears to be a man sitting down in the background with his surroundings is captured in the Patio Room area inside the Double Eagle Restaurant.
